If you are saving towards a holiday or your first home, you can now set up a goal from your Bank First App home screen.
You can keep track of your progress and how much you have left to hit your goal.
Our updated app will bring you Confirmation of Payee, an industry-wide banking service that can help protect you from scams and mistaken payments.
This new feature will make it easier to share your BSB and account number with someone who is sending you money.
With more menu options, your home screen can also be customised to suit your needs, whether that is bringing your accounts first or your savings goals first.
Replace lost or stolen cards directly from the app. Lock or unlock your card for Australian and/or International transactions.
Reach your savings goals by setting up individual savings goals on your accounts.
Select from a password, PIN, pattern, fingerprint (Android), FaceID and TouchID (iOS).
Use Quick Balance to check your account balance effortlessly without having to log in.
Not already registered for online banking? Register now.
Go to the App Store or Google Play on your device.
Use the search function to find Bank First.
Select the Bank First App icon and press Get (for Apple) or Install (for Android).
Open the app, then tap Let's go, then Login on the home screen.
Enter your Member Number and Password. If you do not have a password contact us.
Select your preferred login option (6-digit PIN or 6-9 dot pattern).
Read and accept the T&Cs and you're all done!
