• How do I notify you about my overseas trip on Internet Banking?

  1. Log in to your Internet Banking account.

  2. Select ‘Services’ then select ‘Overseas Travel’ from the menu.

  3. You will need to provide a contact method while you’re overseas, the countries you plan to visit and the dates you’ll be away.

  If you are unable to log in to your Internet Banking account, complete our online form.

   

• Will I receive a notification to confirm my request has been received?

  You will receive an email to confirm your request has been received and your account updated.

• I’m nervous about this change. How can I protect my account?

  Your financial security is our priority. To ensure we provide you with a safe and secure Internet Banking Service we have a number of security measures in place to protect you online.You can also play a role to protect your account.

  • Always create strong passwords or passphrases which are at least 14 characters long and use a combination of letters and numbers which are unpredictable or unique. 

  • Never real your PIN or passcode to anyone.

  • Remember to always log out after each session.
