As a Bank First Member you can use any of the four major bank ATMs across Australia without paying a fee.

To avoid paying any fees when using another bank's ATM, follow the prompts on the ATM screen carefully. You have time to stop the transaction before paying a fee.

You can also withdraw money at Australia Post outlets and major supermarkets.

Please note: We are currently experiencing an issue with some CBA ATM's. Learn more.

Using ‘other’ bank ATMs

Thank you for your patience while we attempt to resolve the CBA ATM issue which has impacted some Members.

If you receive a 'system error' message while using a CBA ATM, please cancel and attempt the withdrawal again. We have found this resolves the issue for some Members.

You may also use NAB, ANZ, Westpac and Australia Post to withdraw and check account balances at no cost.
