Note that some CBA ATMs may have slightly different versions of these screens.
1. Insert your debit card into the ATM to start.
2. When you are asked Please select an application, select Visa Debit.
3. You'll be prompted Please enter your PIN, and to press Enter when complete.
4. When you are asked What would you like to do? select Withdraw.
5. When you are asked Which account you are withdrawing from? select Savings.
6. When you are asked How much do you want to withdraw? Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
7. To Confirm your withdrawal, select your preferred receipt method and press Confirm.
8. A screen with display informing you that $0.00 service fee will apply. Press Accept or Enter to complete the transaction.
As a Bank First Member you can use any of the four major bank ATMs across Australia without paying a fee. You can also withdraw money at Australia Post outlets and major supermarkets.
