Using CBA ATMs
You can use CBA ATMs to access your money - fee free!
Follow the instructions below as you may notice that the CBA ATM screens have changed slightly:
1. After you put your debit card in, you'll be asked to select an application.
2. Select Visa Debit - and you'll be prompted to put in your PIN.
3. When you are asked Which account you are withdrawing from, select Visa Savings.
4. You'll be prompted to choose the amount you want to withdraw. Follow prompts until the transaction is complete.
Using ATMs to access your money
As a Bank First Member you can use any of the four major bank ATMs across Australia without paying a fee. You can also withdraw money at Australia Post outlets and major supermarkets.
