Accounts frequently asked questions

You can change the name of your accounts using Internet Banking. For more assistance, watch our video guide.
1. Login to Internet Banking > select Settings.
2. From the dropdown menu select Account Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Edit Account Name and choose display section.
4. Decide which account you wish to change the name of and select the Nickname field.
5. Type in your nickname for the account and select the Save button.
6. Your account has now updated to the nickname you have entered.

You can change the transfer limit for BPAY, OSKO and standard transfers using Internet Banking. For more assistance, watch our video guide.
1. Login to Internet Banking > select Account Settings.
2. From the dropdown menu select Daily Transaction Limits.
3. Select the payment limit you would like to change in the Limit column.
4. Click the payment amount you want to change it to.
5. Scroll down a click on the Get SMS button to get your One Time Password by SMS.
6. Once you receive your SMS, enter the One Time Password into the text field and click the Submit button.
7. Your transfer limit has now been changed.

3. An SMS One Time Password is sent to your mobile phone for security purposes.

If you know your existing password:
1. Login to Internet Banking > select Settings > select Change Password.
2. To reset your password, you will be required to have SMS Security registered on your account.
3. Enter your existing and new password.
Please note: All passwords are case sensitive. Make sure that you enter carefully and correctly.

3. You will need to provide a contact method while you’re overseas, the countries you plan to visit and the dates you’ll be away.

Manage Term Deposits in Internet Banking

No. If you wish to reinvest the Principal and Interest for the same term you do not need to do anything.
Your Term Deposit will automatically reinvest for the same term at the prevailing interest rate on the date of maturity.
Yes. If you wish reinvest or transfer the full principal:
1. Login to Internet Banking > select Accounts.
2. Select Term Deposit Maturity instructions.
3. Fill out the form and at the bottom of the form, select Reinvest Principal and Interest.
If you wish to partially reinvest or transfer the principal:
1. Login to Internet Banking > select Accounts.
2. Select Term Deposit Maturity Instructions.
3. Fill out the form and at the bottom of the form, select Reinvest Specific Amount.
4. Complete the remaining details.
Yes you can, as long as the remaining balance meets the minimum amount required for a Term Deposit.
1. Login to Internet Banking > select Accounts.
2. Select Term Deposit Maturity Instructions.
3. Fill out the form and at the bottom of the form, select Redeem Interest Only.
