Our 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 19 November 2025, at Leonda by the Yarra, 2 Wallen Road, Hawthorn. Registration opens at 6pm AEDT and the meeting will start at 6.30pm AEDT.

How to watch
For Members unable to attend in person, the AGM will be held virtually allowing Members to view proceedings in real time. Members are invited to watch and participate in the AGM by accessing the online platform.
Members will be able to listen to the proceedings, view the presentations, ask questions of the Board and vote in real-time.
Who can attend or vote?
As a customer-owned bank, all of our Members are owners. Each eligible Member has the right to vote and has an equal say. We encourage Members to vote prior to the meeting, please see how to vote for more information.
Eligibility
To be eligible to vote you must be 18 years old or over and be the primary account holder.
Registration
Registrations open at 6pm AEDT and the meeting will commence at 6.30pm AEDT.
Proxy
To nominate a proxy please fill in the proxy form and submit to MUFG or use the voting portal.
How to vote
The online voting portal is now open. You can vote before the AGM via the online voting portal or you will be able to vote on the night. Please review the Notice of Meeting before you vote.
MUFG has been appointed as the Returning Officer for Bank First and will oversee the voting process.
