Simon Terry and Stephen Cornelissen have been re-elected to the Bank First board at this year's Annual General Meeting.

Recently retired Deputy Chair Graeme Willis has been officially recognised by the Business Council of Cooperatives and Mutuals (BCCM) with his name added to the BCCM Honour Roll.

Chair Simon Terry has welcomed experienced Senior Executive in financial services and Non-Executive Director Mike Thornton to the Bank First board room.

After 12 years on the board, including as Deputy Chair and Board Risk Committee Chair, Graeme Willis has retired, effective from 31 March 2025.
