Financial Wellbeing Survey

Nurses are looking after others, but who’s looking after their financial wellbeing?

At Bank First, we wanted to understand the real-life money pressures faced by nurses and healthcare professionals. So we asked them.

More than 120 healthcare professionals from across Australia, mostly nurses - shared their experiences, challenges and priorities in a recent financial wellbeing survey.

The results were clear. Nurses are doing their best to plan for the future, but too often feel left behind by banks that don’t understand the realities of shift work, rising living costs and time constraints.
