We will notify Members of any changes to this schedule or if services are returned earlier than anticipated via the home page of our website and on our Facebook page.
We are notifying our Members to ensure they are prepared. The work that we are doing is important to keep Bank First modern and up-to-date and the longer window allows for this work.
Absolutely. Card services will not be impacted by this outage. You will still be able to insert your card or ‘tap and go’ when paying for transactions. ATMs will also be available (the only exception is the Bank First ATM in Hawthorn East) during the outage period.
Immediately call 1300 654 822 and choose option 1. This will direct your call through to Visa Card Services who will put a stop on your card to prevent anyone from using it.
Yes. ATMs are not impacted, except for the Bank First ATM at Hawthorn East which won’t be available for use during the outage period.
No it doesn’t. You can still use your debit/credit cards for online shopping during the outage period.
