1. Promoter:
1.1 Victoria Teachers Limited (t/as Bank First) ABN 44 087 651 769 of 117 Camberwell Rd Hawthorn East VIC 3123 (Bank First).
2 Eligibility:
2.1 The Bank First ‘The Shift survey’ Competition ("Competition") is open to eligible Victorian residents who have completed ‘The Shift’ survey.
2.2 Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older and either studying nursing or currently working as a nurse or health professional.
2.3 Members who are currently employed by Bank First are not eligible to participate. For the avoidance of doubt, Members/employees of Bank First who are involved in setting up this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
3 Competition Period:
3.1 The Competition begins on 24 November 2025 and ends at 11.59pm on 21 December 2025.
4 How to Enter:
4.1 Eligible entrants can access the ‘The Shift survey’ competition via https://www.bankfirst.com.au/campaign/nurse-financial-wellbeing. Upon clicking this link, entrants will be prompted to access a survey. If you do not complete the survey, you cannot enter the ‘The Shift survey’ Competition.
Prize:
5.1 Winners will be notified of the results by email following the close of the competition period.
5.2 Prize is a $500 Prezzee Smart eGift Card.
5.3 If you have won the gift card prize, a Prezee Smart eGift Card will be sent to the same email address you provided in the survey. The prize will be sent to the winner's email account within 28 days of the close of the competition period.
5.4 If Bank First is unable to contact the winner because an invalid email account has been provided, the Prezee Smart eGift Card prize will be forfeited and Bank First may in its sole discretion reissue the prize to another participant.
5.5 All prize grants are final and Bank First is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence with participant or their representatives relating to this Competition.
Prize Conditions:
6.1 The prizes are non-transferable and may not be varied or exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
6.2 All taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
Publicity:
7.1 By participating in the Competition, participants agree to the use of their names and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy:
8.1 Bank First is committed to protecting the privacy of participants.
8.2 Personal information collected during the Competition will be used for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with Bank First's privacy policy (available at available at bankfirst.com.au/privacy-policy or by calling 1300 654 822).
8.3 With your consent, Bank First may use your personal information to provide participants with information about its products, services and content related to financial wellbeing.
8.4 By participating in the Competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information as described herein.
General Terms:
9.1 Bank First reserves the right to disqualify any participant in breach of these terms and conditions.
9.2 Bank First reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank First is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any participant or any other person including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by Bank First or its employees, contractors or agents in connection with this Competition.
9.4 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
By participating in the Bank First ‘The Shift survey’ Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
