The Teaching Initiatives Program (TIP) is Bank First’s signature community program supporting teachers and students across Victoria. It came from an understanding of how difficult it can be to fund new teaching ideas or programs. Since its inception in 1993, Bank First has invested more than $871,000 into more than 770 projects across Victoria.

Bank First Members can apply for grants up to $4,000
Teachers and educators who are not a Member, can apply for grants up to $2,000
All unsuccessful 2025 TIP recipients will be eligible for the People’s Choice Award
